Job Description

This opening is for an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher to provide specialized instruction in a K-12 educational setting. The position is a contract role covering a leave of absence, offering an opportunity to support diverse student needs in Fremont, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized physical education programs tailored to students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to support students physical development and inclusion.
• Monitor progress and adjust lesson plans to meet the adaptive physical education goals.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications:
