Job Title: Franchise Recruiter / Administrative Assistant – Bilingual English/Mandarin
Location: Torrance, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19–$20/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Franchise Recruiter / Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Mandarin and will support franchise recruitment efforts while providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new franchisees
Coordinate interviews, schedule appointments, and maintain candidate communications
Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting
Maintain and update franchisee records and documentation
Serve as a point of contact for bilingual communications with candidates and franchisees
Support management with various office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support preferred
