You will be responsible for:
1. Host and assist upper management and VIP clients visiting from the Philippines and Thailand.
2. Manage and support flight bookings, travel itineraries, and hotel arrangements.
3. Provide well-informed and confident guided tours across Tokyo and other parts of Japan.
4. Ensure smooth, professional, and culturally aware experiences for all visitors.
