Skills, Knowledge, and Experience in ONE or MORE of the following:
◆ Engineering degree in a relevant manufacturing or mechanical field
◆ Professional experience in manufacturing operations (automotive preferred)
◆ Strong technical understanding and industrial engineering knowledge
◆ Business-level Japanese (N3+) for production floor communication
◆ Willingness to relocate to Kansai
Experience in ONE or MORE of the following areas is desirable:
◆ Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement
◆ VE/VA (Value Engineering/Value Analysis) experience
◆ 3D CAD skills and project participation experience
◆ Conversational English and familiarity with quality systems
