・ 日本法人に対する幅広い会計業務サポートおよび会計プロセスのリーダーシップの提供
・ 月末仕訳の入力（給与、現金、インターカンパニー、クリアリングなど）
・ 通常業務外のプロセスを支援するための買掛金・売掛金の請求書記録
・ 貸借対照表勘定の調整表の作成
・ 月次決算のための各種レポートの作成および分析
・ 各種法定監査、米国会計基準（US GAAP）、税務監査のためのデータ提供とサポート
・ その他の臨時業務
・ 特別プロジェクトへの参加（事業統合やシステム導入などの大規模・複雑な案件）
・ 会計プロセスの効率性と有効性を高めるための最適化・変革の機会の特定
・ 営業オペレーション、サプライチェーン、IT、人事、法務、マスターデータ、薬事などの部門との連携
・ グローバル会計チームとの協働

■必須条件
・ 会計／月次決算業務の経験が7 年以上ある学士号保持者
・ 日本語・英語ともに流暢であること
・ Excel に高い習熟度（マクロ不要、ピボットテーブルやVLOOKUP に慣れていること）
・ 日本での就労許可をすでに取得していること
・ ERP システムの使用経験
