募集要項

• Crafting solutions leveraging various technological domains, encompassing cloud and server infrastructure, and potentially other areas.
• Serving as a strategic IT business partner, finding solutions for complex technical issues and reporting project progress to senior management.
• Defining and maintaining region-wide IT infrastructure guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Designing and implementing strategies for public cloud environments, such as Azure or AWS.
• Leading the APAC shared service team, site helpdesk, and local IT contacts to ensure optimal performance of enterprise network, server, storage environments, and existing cloud infrastructure.
• Analyzing and evaluating technical issues, conducting tests, maintaining, modifying, integrating, and monitoring technical infrastructures.
• Collaborating with business partners and regional IT leaders to align with strategic infrastructure goals.
• Initiating proof-of-concept and implementation activities from an architectural standpoint.

スキル・資格

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in hands-on enterprise network and server storage management.
• In-depth understanding of Cisco & Aruba network architecture.
• Deep knowledge of VMWare virtualization design and operation.
• Extensive grasp of Azure and AWS cloud design and operation, with the ability to integrate various IaaS or PaaS services into specific business applications.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Familiarity with Japan's local information security regulations and standards.

Soft Skills:

• Customer-oriented approach, integrating the needs of internal and external clients in alignment with company interests.
• Effective team leadership and collaboration, promoting information sharing and team cohesion for collective efficiency.
• Innovation and creativity, actively contributing to innovation projects regardless of responsibility level.
• Proficiency in project management and ITIL processes.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing or leading infrastructure technology, including network, server, and one or more public clouds.
• At least 3 years of experience in a global organizational setting.
• Experience in setting up infrastructure for mid-large scale enterprises (0-1 setup).
• Practical knowledge of mid-large scale workload migration to cloud environments.
• Strong vendor and supplier relationship management within the region.
• Delivery-focused mindset for expedited time-to-market solutions.
