Job Description

• Obtaining invoices, statements, reports, personal information, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and customers.
  
  
• Scanning through data to find relevant information.
  
  
• Correcting errors and organizing information in a way that allows for quick and accurate capture.
  
  
• Making precise spreadsheets.
  
  
• Entering and updating data in relevant databases
  
  
• Making certain that data is backed up.
  
  
• Notifying relevant parties of errors encountered
  
  
• Keeping hard copies of data organized for easier retrieval.
  
  
• Occasionally handling additional responsibilities.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma from a high school.
  
  
• 1+ years of relevant experience is required.
  
  
• Excellent command of the English language.
  
  
• Excellent command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  
  
• Interpersonal and communication skills that are second to none.
  
  
• Capability to concentrate for extended periods of time and perform accurately and quickly.
  
  
• Touch typing proficiency is required.
