Assembly Technician
Pay Rate: $22.80-25.80 per hour (Plus $2 differential for 2ndshift)
Schedules:
· 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm
· 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am
.Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday
Job Description
Under general supervision, the Assembler is responsible for assembling components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and quantity standards, and following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.
Responsibilities
Assemble components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components.
Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards.
Follow directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.
Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
Essential Skills
Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.
Ability to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English.
Ability to adhere to safety related issues including good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.
Attention to detail and ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.
Teamwork skills, including the ability to work in a diverse setting and resolve conflicts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Basic computer skills.
Experience in assembly, production, or medical device assembly.
Motivation to grow, learn, and progress to the next level in skills, with a willingness to cross-train.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.80 - $22.80/hr.
