業務内容
We are looking for a trusted finance business partner to join the Finance team of a global sport company. This role reports to the Finance Business Partner in Japan and will collaborate closely with the Japan team and Finance Team to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze KPIs across revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.- Prepare weekly/monthly reports.- Monitor working capital, especially stock and merchandise purchase, in collaboration with the merchandise and supply chain teams.- Plan and upload data for quarterly forecasts and annual budgets into Oracle.- Prepare monthly marketing reports, check accruals, and share with the Brand team.- Support monthly closing with the Accounting Team.- Lead financial annual and multi-year planning.- Monitor and control P&L for Topline, Cogs, and Opex.- Provide financial advice to business leaders and prepare business cases.- Manage operating expenses and drive productivity improvements.- Own the approval process for new store openings (P&L forecast and CAPEX control).- Own pre/post control of major marketing investments.- Own the budget and quarterly forecasting process.- Establish effective relationships with local brand teams and other functions.Competencies & Experience:- Agility to work in a fast-changing, multinational environment.- Experience with forecasting and financial analysis.- Flexible, self-directed, and hands-on.- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.- Results-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.- 7+ years of experience in Finance, with 1-3+ years in a similar position preferred.- Working knowledge of SAP EPP system (preferable).- Interest in outdoor or sports (preferable).- Reading/writing English required.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN
