The Role

【職務概要】
大規模金融系システムの基盤保守プロジェクトにおいて、長期的に安定した基盤運用を担うリーダーポジションです。顧客折衝や課題管理、品質管理、提案活動など、基盤運用だけでなく改善・最適化に関わる裁量の大きい役割です。将来的にはPMとしてのキャリアアップも可能です。人々や社会に欠かせない金融業界のITインフラ運用を支える、社会貢献性の高いポジションになります。

【職務内容】
◼️ インフラ基盤チーム (メインフレーム) のリーダーとして、10名規模のチーム管理
◼️ 顧客折衝・調整、報告業務（資料作成～報告）
◼️ 課題・進捗・品質管理
◼️ システム変更作業の計画・推進・完了管理
◼️ 顧客要望に基づくソリューション提案

【勤務地】
東京都豊島区（東池袋）
※週1回程度リモートワーク可能

Who You Are

【必須（MUST）】

・5～10名程度のチームマネジメント経験 （１年以上）
・顧客折衝・提案経験 （1年以上）
・MS Office製品の基本スキル（ドキュメント作成）

【歓迎（WANT）】

・基盤系プロジェクトのPMまたはリーダー経験
・メインフレームに関する基本知識（あれば尚可）
・プロジェクト工程管理の経験・理解
