【 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 】

• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, spanning both individual and corporate domains. This approach ensures that our projects and specifications are given primary consideration
• Educate and persuade clients to embrace the entire　product collection through engaging presentations, hospitality events, and collaborative project development.
• Adhere to the established selling process, employing various tools to effectively manage and foster future prospects.
• Manage a comprehensive client database, encompassing all potential project opportunities.
• Provide consultation and oversight for product and project development in collaboration with specifying clients, end-users, and purchasing customers.
• Deliver comprehensive product information, covering both aesthetic and functional aspects, and formulate pricing strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Regularly update a client's resource library with the complete range of the products.
• Collaborate with and offer guidance to inside sales support, working closely with a Sales Coordinator.

【 REQUIREMENTS 】

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, degree in Interior Design is preferred
• 4-5 years of sales experience
• Native Japanese with fluent English skills is a must
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of MS Office including outlook, and Word; and ability to learn DON and various computer functions
• Articulate and effective communicator. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• 指定顧客、エンドユーザー、購買顧客と協力して、製品およびプロジェクト開発のためのコンサルティングと監督を行う
• 美的および機能的な側面を網羅した包括的な製品情報を提供し、プロジェクト要件に沿った価格戦略を策定する
• クライアントのリソース・ライブラリーを定期的に更新し、全製品を揃える
• セールス・コーディネーターと密接に協力し、インサイド・セールス・サポートに指導を行う

【必要条件】

• 学士号または同等の学位、インテリア・デザインの学位があれば尚可
• 4-5年の営業経験
• 流暢な英語力と日本語ネイティブであること
• アウトルック、ワードなどMSオフィスの実務知識があり、DONや様々なコンピューター機能を習得できる
• 明晰で効果的な文書力と口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力
