They focus on developing treatments that make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients, with a strong presence in Japan.■ Role and Responsibilities:As an Associate Director of Government Affairs & Policy, you will drive healthcare policy advocacy initiatives with a focus on vaccine adoption. This role involves building relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the inclusion of the company’s vaccines into national programs.■ Main tasks include・Developing and executing advocacy strategies to promote vaccines in national immunization programs.・Establishing relationships with government officials, policy experts, and patient advocacy groups.・Monitoring healthcare policy developments, particularly around immunization.・Preparing persuasive evidence to support company objectives.・Collaborating with internal teams to align policy initiatives with business goals.・Representing the company in relevant industry meetings and conferences.#LI-Hybrid

求められる経験

■ Required Experience
・5+ years of experience in government engagement and policy advocacy in the healthcare sector.
・Bachelor’s degree.
・Expertise in stakeholder engagement and strategy development.
・Proven ability to build relationships with policy stakeholders.
・Strong understanding of the policy development process, particularly in healthcare.
・Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
・Strong team player with collaboration skills.
・Fluency in Japanese (both verbal and written) and strong English reading and writing skills.

■ Preferred Experience
・Experience engaging with key opinion leaders in healthcare policy.
・Advanced degrees such as MBA, MPH, MPP, MD, or Pharmacist qualifications.
・Fluency in spoken English.
