About the Opportunity:

As an Associate in our Executive Search division, you’ll be at the heart of how we identify and engage the senior talent that drives growth and transformation in organizations across Canada.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Executive Search Recruitment, you’ll research markets, identify top executive talent, provide insights that shape hiring strategies, ensuring each retained search is executed with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Mapping & Research

  • Search, create, and build target company lists
  • Conduct detailed research on job roles, industry sectors, competitor intelligence, and talent trends
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn , Crunchbase , and ZoomInfo , and Boolean search techniques, to identify top talent

Candidate Sourcing & Assessment

  • Be prepared to think outside the box and communicate search ideas that will generate qualified candidates
  • Review applicants and assess alignment with client needs, shortlisting high-potential candidates for the recruitment team

Candidate Packaging & Presentation

  • Prepare detailed candidate presentations which will summarize:
  • Core competencies
  • Recruitment metrics
  • Market data & competitor insights
  • Professionally formatted résumés
  • Candidate pitch

Process Coordination

  • Coordinate internal and external interviews between candidates and clients
  • Facilitate reference checks and assist with background verification

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment support or research role , ideally within Executive Search.
  • Proven ability to map markets and source senior-level talent using data tools and Boolean search.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing platforms).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A curious, analytical mindset and a team-oriented approach.
