The Role

• Lead technical development for a brand-new business in the corporate management domain, working from 0→1.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to validate customer needs and translate strategic vision into technical solutions.
• Drive MVP design, architecture, implementation, and rapid iteration based on real customer feedback.
• Own end-to-end product development: planning, design, implementation, and testing.
• High-impact role with direct influence on product direction and business growth.

Your Skills

• 5+ years of web development experience.
• Strong Ruby on Rails expertise.
• Proven experience in architecture design and technical leadership.
• 0→1 product development experience is essential.
• N2+ Japanese proficiency required.
