This time, the company is looking for a full-stack engineer for the launch of a new SaaS in the field of generative AI x security.
In this position, you will lead the development team from both a technical and organizational perspective, and be involved in the creation of the system itself.

▼Responsibilities
The company is looking for an engineer who can work with hands-on development during the launch phase of its own product.
In this position, you will work together to create the core of the product, focusing on back-end implementation using Go and Python.
Management experience is a must, but you will not be expected to lead the entire team.
This position is suitable for those who want to pursue “good design” and “good code” in a simple manner.
This is an environment where you can grow while enjoying implementation and verification.
Designing and implementing the backend for in-house products (primarily Go / Python).
API design, DB design, architecture design and improvement.
Designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure using AWS.
Leading the investigation, consideration, and resolution of technical issues.
Code reviews, quality improvement, and improvement of development styles within the team.
Understanding and adjusting development schedules and progress.
Collaboration, mentoring, and support for team members (including leading a small technical team).
Promoting projects in your area of responsibility (organizing requirements and formulating implementation plans).

スキル・資格
▼ Required
・3+ years of web application development experience using Go or Python.
・Experience in source control and review in a team environment using Git/GitHub.
・Experience in development, deployment, and operation in a Linux environment.
・Member management experience.
・Japanese language skill at N2 level or higher.
▼ Preferred ・Experience in designing GraphQL, gRPC, or JSON-RPC, and DB design.
・Development and operation experience of AI/data utilization services.
・Basic knowledge (and learning experience) of security (threat detection, vulnerabilities, attack methods, etc.).
・Experience in designing, building, and operating AWS environments (Lambda, ECS, CloudWatch, etc.).
