Job Description

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Bellperson – Guest Services to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a memorable and seamless arrival and departure experience. You will assist with luggage handling, escorting guests, and providing information about the property and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet arriving and departing guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.

  • Assist guests with transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and vehicles.

  • Provide directions, answer inquiries, and offer local recommendations.

  • Ensure the lobby and front entrance are clean, organized, and guest-ready.

  • Coordinate with front desk and valet teams to streamline guest check-in/out.

  • Handle special requests such as arranging taxis, storing luggage, or delivering items to rooms.

  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and offering proactive service.

  • Uphold CEM Resorts’ service standards and reflect the brand’s hospitality values at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a guest-facing or hospitality support role preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong physical stamina to lift and carry luggage.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

  • Knowledge of Toronto’s tourist attractions and local transportation options is a plus.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
