We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Bellperson – Guest Services to join our front office team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a memorable and seamless arrival and departure experience. You will assist with luggage handling, escorting guests, and providing information about the property and local attractions.
Greet arriving and departing guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.
Assist guests with transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and vehicles.
Provide directions, answer inquiries, and offer local recommendations.
Ensure the lobby and front entrance are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
Coordinate with front desk and valet teams to streamline guest check-in/out.
Handle special requests such as arranging taxis, storing luggage, or delivering items to rooms.
Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and offering proactive service.
Uphold CEM Resorts’ service standards and reflect the brand’s hospitality values at all times.
Prior experience in a guest-facing or hospitality support role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong physical stamina to lift and carry luggage.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of Toronto’s tourist attractions and local transportation options is a plus.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
