AI、クラウド、データ、主要な DX 機能を備えたユニットです。
主にコンサルティングを含む上流工程から開発、その後の運用保守に至るまで、エンドツーエンドの DX ソリューションをお客様に提供しています。
お客様向けの AI ファースト アプローチ、またユニット間のクロストレーニングを可能にしており、AIを含めた大規模なシステム構築を提供しています。
プロジェクト概要・役割
大手グローバル企業様を相手にProject Managerとしてチームを管理していただける方を募集しています。
お客様のビジネス変革のため、お客様グループ統一のDWH、BIなどのプラットフォームを構築するプロジェクトです。
チーム体制は日本側オンサイトチームと、インド側グローバルチームからなるハイブリッドチームとなっており、グローバルチームとの協業を通じて、キャリア形成に大きく役立つ経験を得られます。
これまでのPMのご経験を活かしたい方、伸ばしたい方のご応募をお待ちしております。
業務内容
実施内容は以下のようなものです。
-お客様の要件調整
-チーム内開発管理（進捗管理、課題管理、リスク管理など）
-内レポート、お客様向けレポート
登録資格
必須要件
-約15年以上のIT経験
-約5年以上のPM経験
-約10名以上のチームのPM経験
-社外のクライアントとのコミュニケーションと要件の整理
-言語:日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル
歓迎要件
-英バイリンガル環境での勤務経験
-大規模PRJのマネジメント経験
-オフショア活用経験
-データ関連の知識（Azure, Databricks,ADF,Informatica, Power BI etc.）
-ケミカル業界の経験、知識
