Job Description

As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you'll manage business travel requests from corporate clients, arranging hotels, flights, and transportation to ensure smooth and efficient trips. You'll serve as a trusted point of contact for both domestic and international companies.

Description

* Handle business travel requests from corporate clients
* Book flights, hotels, and car rentals according to company policies
* Provide tailored itineraries and travel advice
* Process special requests and resolve travel-related issues
* Adjust travel arrangements as needed for schedule or policy changes

Profile

* Proven experience in customer service or the travel industry.
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
* Experience in as a ground staff, airline staff, travel consultant, or call center in OTA
* Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
* Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
* Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
* Knowledge or experience in GDS is a plus
* Eligible to work in Japan
