About The Role

We are looking for a Billing & AR Analyst to join our Finance team. As a Billing & AR Analyst you will be helping build a critical customer success function for Garner. This role will be responsible for owning a high volume invoicing platform with complex internal & external requirements. You'll be in charge of managing KPI's connected to this process and will be empowered to execute on improvement initiatives. You'll be joining a high impact Finance team that has touchpoints & visibility to all functions within Garner's organization.

This role is open to remote candidates across the U.S. For candidates based in New York City, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

What You Will Do

1. Own our billing and Invoicing process; you will be exclusively responsible for shaping & driving this high impact function to contribute to Garner's & Customer success
2. Send 800+ Invoices / Month and perform the relevant follow ups for late payments
3. Manage Garner's public AR email Inbox to field questions from internal & external stakeholders
4. Manage customer onboarding information sharing and submissions of Garner specific details
5. Maintain Garner's presence for invoice submissions in portals like Coupa, SAP and others
6. Own a suite of AR related KPI's to assess Garner's success in collecting payments on the invoices we send, and the percentage of completion for our invoicing process

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Experience with Quickbooks Online for Invoice distribution, maintenance of client information, and reporting uses
• A knowledge of how Day Sales Outstanding & AR Turnover contribute to the success to a business
• Willingness to troubleshoot issues and continually improve processes
• Confidence in raising a hand when issues arise
• Emphasis on transparency when executing on any objective
• Eagerness to dig into issues to investigate their root causes, document the problem & steps to resolution

Compensation Transparency

The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
