Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily data needs of the specific team including data extraction analysis or concept/definition clarification.
• Support buying team to develop insight on consumers (GenZ)
• Handle various ad-hoc analysis requirements.
• Manage a clean dataset that is frequently used by specific teams and ready to use in analytic teams database (e.g. product tagging).
• Design and maintain dashboards.
• Follow up with identified opportunities and outliers. (Out of Stock & Lost Sales)
• Evaluate automation requests and assist with data management.
• Introduce and practice data usage standards.

Qualifications:

• Around 3 years of work experience.
• Proven experience in data/business analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese oral and written.
• Proficiency in SQL and excel.
• Prefer to have Tableau skills.
• Preferably experience in fashion luxury or sports brands.
• Coding skill will be a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in statistics economics or related subjects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
