Nounは、ビジネスと他の領域の交差点を創造的に考えることを楽しみながら、不確実かつ野心的なアイデアを具体的なものへと変えていくことに喜びを感じる Business Designer を募集しています。戦略・デザイン・アントレプレナーシップ・実行力等が交わりあう場で、新しいプロダクトやサービス、事業の立ち上げ、あるいは既存の取り組みをより良いものにリデザインしていくこともあります。創造的な課題解決力と緻密なビジネス思考を掛け合わせ、多様な専門性を持つチームを導き、クライアントと直接向き合いながら、「何をつくるか」「どう機能させるか」そして「なぜそれを行うのか」を共にデザインしていきます。

業務内容

• プロジェクトチームの一員とし、新しい製品・サービス・ビジネスモデルを構想し、設計し、市場へ送り出す
• クライアントと協働し、機会創出や課題の整理を行い、得られた洞察を実行可能な戦略へと落とし込む
• 人間中心設計とビジネス的な分析を活用し、コンセプトを練り上げ、実現可能性を検証しながら反復的に磨き上げる
• 事業の拡大を支えるファイナンシャルモデル、成長ロードマップ、運営計画等、コンセプト等における経済合理性を策定する
• 体験、プロダクトやサービスだけでなく、エコシステム・パートナーシップ・ビジネスモデルなどの仕組みもプロトタイプし、実世界での有効性やインパクトを検証する
• 専門分野の異なるデザイナーと密に連携し、事業戦略とユーザー体験を整合させる
• クライアントやステークホルダーに対し、成果や提案を信頼感と納得感を持って伝え、共感と推進力をストーリーテリングを通じて生み出す

Noun is looking for a Business Designer who loves to think creatively about cross-points of business and other areas, turning ambitious ideas into viable impact. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, design, entrepreneurship and execution; shaping new offers, products, and services from zero to launch, and/or evolving them into sustainable, meaningful ventures. In this role, you’ll blend creative problem-solving with rigorous business thinking, guiding multidisciplinary teams and working directly with clients to design both what a business does, how it works, and the why.

Roles

• You will lead project teams to define, design, and bring new products, services, and business models to market
• Collaborate with clients to uncover opportunities, frame challenges, and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Use human-centered design and business analysis to craft concepts, test their viability, and refine them through iteration
• Build financial models, growth roadmaps, and operational plans to support scaling
• Prototype not just experiences, but also transactions, partnerships, and business models to validate ideas in the real world
• Work closely with designers across disciplines to align business strategy with the user experience
• Present and communicate your work in ways that inspire confidence, alignment, and momentum among clients and stakeholders

• 日本語、英語のバイリンガル職場環境に抵抗がない方

We’re seeking individuals who have experience in the following areas

We encourage you to think creatively about the experiences and skills you’d like to bring to Noun, and how you’d like to use them to collaborate with your peers. We know backgrounds aren’t a checklist, and that each person’s path is unique. We’d love to understand the whole picture of who you are.

• 3+ years of experience in roles such as strategy consulting, venture building, product management, start-up leadership, or similar
• Passion for thinking of new concepts, and we might be able to do differently from a conventional approach
• Love for bringing new offers or ventures from concept to market
• Comfortable working across qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and creative ideation
• Strong skills in business model design, financial modeling, market sizing, and go-to-market strategy
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with clients at senior levels
• Ability to move fluidly between big-picture visioning and detailed execution planning
• Excellent communication skills—able to make complex ideas clear and compelling
• A mindset that values experimentation, iteration, and the interplay between design and business viability
• Attention to not only the amount of revenue that a business generates, but the quality and characteristics of those numbers
• Comfortable working in a bilingual (Japanese–English) environment

勤務形態

• 現在は週3日程度を出社、2日をリモートワークとしたハイブリッド形態をとっています
