A career as a Cash Management Specialist at Canadian Western Bank, a part of National Bank, your ability to work in synergy with a variety of partners will be a key asset. You’ll use your excellent customer service skills and proactive approach to take charge of clients’ needs.

Your role

  • Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactions
  • Perform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.)
  • Devise solutions that are tailored to client needs
  • Develop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service
  • Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools

Working in the Commercial Banking sector, you’ll be part of a large team that stands out for its exceptional level of collaboration. In addition to maintaining client relationships and carrying out a variety of tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with experts in your group.

Prerequisites

  • A bachelor’s degree, a recognized diploma, professional certificate, or other post-secondary academic achievement
  • 2 years of Canadian banking experience is an asset
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency or advanced skills in Microsoft Suite products and Power BI
  • Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses 
  • Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy
