The Role

The CFO will lead all financial strategy and operations, including accounting, budgeting, fundraising, and IPO preparation. This role is critical in supporting the company's next phase of growth and ensuring financial governance, investor readiness, and regulatory compliance.

Your Skills

• Proven experience in financial leadership roles
• Strong background in accounting and financial reporting
• Fundraising experience (VC, PE, strategic investors)
• IPO preparation and capital market exposure
• Deep understanding of Japanese and international accounting standards
• Business-level fluency in Japanese and English
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
