THE OPPORTUNITY
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) serves as a strategic business partner to the executive team, responsible for developing and executing the organization’s people and culture strategy. This role provides vision, leadership, and direction for all aspects of the people strategy —including organizational design, talent management, employee relations and engagement, total rewards, performance management, diversity & inclusion, learning & development, HR technology, risk and compliance.
The CHRO is a trusted advisor to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), shaping workforce strategies that align with long-term business goals, fostering an inclusive culture, and driving organizational performance.
