The CPCO will be responsible for designing and implementing people initiatives that align with the organization's mission and values, particularly in the context of a multi-site, federated structure. This role requires a leader with a passionate commitment to the organization's purpose, who can drive a comprehensive set of strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The successful candidate will also be tasked with promoting a strong culture of collaboration, belonging, and community, and will serve as a liaison to the National Board of Directors' Governance, Compensation, and Nominating Committee.
