Garden Clinic Hiroo is seeking a part time Clinic Assistant who can also work as a receptionist at our clinic in Hiroo.
1) Position: Clinic assistant / receptionist in a dermatologist's office
Responsibilities include answering phone calls, taking appointments, registering clients (chance to learn about the health insurance system in Japan), cleaning and tidying of the clinic premises; and assist the doctor in medical procedures/ aesthetic treatments.
2) International working environment with clients from many different parts of the world. Working environment is bilingual: Japanese/ English.
3) Chance to learn about cosmetic treatments. Maybe able to receive cosmetic treatments and purchase skin care products at special employee prices.
This job is suitable for those who may have a foreign nursing license but unable to practice nursing in Japan due to licensing issues. The successful candidate will be able to work in a health care environment by assisting the doctor.
4) Morning/Afternoon shifts available; or full day shifts.
5) Full time position available for the right candidate after the probationary period.
6) Year end incentive bonus for employees who have worked for more than one year.
