The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Co-op Student to join our Operating Model Team in Canada (Sudbury, Toronto, St. John’s or Thompson).
This is a 9 to 12-month fixed term position.
As a Co-op student within the Operating Model function, you will be interacting with cross-functional teams across Operations mining and processing plants and Corporate areas to support the implementation and knowledge share of Vale Base Metals Operating Model. By integrating organizational structure, processes, technology, people and culture you will challenge your creative and analytical thinking to support safe and reliable operations while improving business performance.
The Operating Model Department is a Vale Base Metals function and supports all of the global functions. You will be involved in business process design, document governance and integrated assessment activities supporting value generation within Vale Base Metals.
