Nounは、ビジュアルやコミュニケーションデザインを通じて、新しいプロダクトやサービス、ビジネスの世界観を描き、一貫したストーリーテリングができる Communications Designer を募集しています。
業務内容
- 新しいプロダクト、サービス、事業、ブランドの価値や体験、ストーリーを直感的に伝えるためのコミュニケーションデザインに取り組む
- イラストレーションやグラフィックデザインを通じて、新しいアイデアや抽象的な概念を、ロゴやビジュアルのスタイル、ブランドの世界観など、魅力的かつ一貫した表現に落とし込み、具体化する
- 様々な専門性を持つメンバーとチームを組み、リサーチからアイデア出し、コンセプト作り、プロトタイプ制作などのデザインプロセス全般に参加いただきながら、クライアントのデザインワークから自社事業やプロダクトのデザインまで、横断的に取り組む

Noun is looking for a Communications Designer who can craft cohesive narratives by shaping the worldview of new products, services, and businesses through visual and communication design.
Roles
- You will work on communication design that intuitively conveys the value, experience, and story of new products, services, businesses, and brands
- Through illustration / graphic design, you will translate new ideas and abstract concepts into compelling and consistent expressions-such as logos, visual styles, and world building
- You will collaborate with team members from various disciplines and take part in the full design process - from research and ideation to concept development and prototyping - contributing across a wide range of projects, from client design work to the design of Noun’s products and businesses

- ビジュアル・アイデンティティ、ブランドデザイン、エディトリアルデザイン、インフォグラフィックス、タイポグラフィー、パッケージデザイン、展示デザインなど、コミュニケーションデザイン領域での経験
- 正解のない状況でチームやクライアントメンバーに対して、新しいアイデアやコンセプトを分かりやすく視覚的に伝え、議論を前に進める能力
- 右脳と左脳を行き来しながら、良いデザインとは何かを常に考え、適切に表現し、ロジックを通じて説明する能力
- デザインの美しさへのこだわりもさることながら、デザインを通じて自社やクライアントのビジネスや組織の成長につなげる意識を持っている
- 日・英のバイリンガルの職場環境で働くことに抵抗がない方

- Experience in visual identity, brand design, editorial design, infographics, typography, packaging design, and exhibition design
- Ability to clearly and visually communicate new ideas and concepts to guide and drive stakeholders’ discussions forward
- A mindset that constantly explores what makes great design, with the ability to switch between creative intuition and analytical thinking, express ideas clearly, and back them up with solid reasoning
- Not only passionate about the aesthetics of design, but also conscious of how design can contribute to both Noun’s and our clients’ growth
- Comfortable working in a bilingual (Japanese–English) environment

- 現在は週3日程度を出社、2日をリモートワークとしたハイブリッド形態をとっています

Holidays
- We follow Japan’s national holidays and weekends, plus offer year-end/New Year break, sick leave, caregiver leave, bereavement leave, and special family leave

- We work flex time under a discretionary labor system
Work Style
- We work in a hybrid setup: usually about three days a week in the office and two days remote
