3-5 years of experience in communications and/or change management gained in the context of a large, regulated enterprise (e.g., banks, insurance, government agencies, academia)
Undergraduate degree and/or post-graduate certification in a discipline such as communications, journalism, public relations, change management, organizational design, content production, media design, etc.
A portfolio of digital work will be part of the interview process and should include writing samples, design work (web, graphics, infographics) and video content
Nice to have skills:
Experience blogging, vlogging, creating podcasts, and storyboarding.
