Position Overview

Our client is seeking a professional to lead initiatives across a wide spectrum of financial services and related industries, with a focus on driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This role will engage in both strategic planning and hands-on project execution, contributing to transformative outcomes for clients.

  • Banking, securities, asset management, leasing, credit cards, consumer finance, and other payment-related services

  • Financial operations within non-financial sectors (e.g., retail, telecommunications, airlines, distribution, manufacturing)

  • FinTech and emerging digital financial platforms

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Innovation

  • Design and implement strategies to foster sustainable, organic growth, including digital transformation initiatives and sales model enhancements

  • Drive inorganic expansion through M&A, strategic alliances, and corporate restructuring

  • Initiate and develop new financial and non-financial business models to enable disruptive growth opportunities

Core Business Enhancement

  • Improve efficiency and performance across retail banking, wholesale/IB, global markets, asset management, leasing, and payment services

  • Review and optimize operating models to enhance productivity and service delivery

  • Execute digital transformation (DX) and business process re-engineering (BPR) projects, including optimization of customer and product portfolios

  • Oversee planning and execution of core system renewals and upgrades for product-specific platforms
