Your Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Lean, Toyota Production System (TPS), continuous improvement, quality, operations, or engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership and motivation skills.
• Knowledge of safety in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
