Contract Food Delivery Driver Location Brampton, ON L6T 5J1 :

Responsible for picking up food orders from Mr. Greek locations in the GTA and delivering them safely and promptly to customers, while adhering to safety regulations and providing excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safe and timely delivery of orders;
• Must have access to GPS navigation to efficiently service orders
• Provide the “Wow” experience to Mr. Greek guests by offering professional, courteous and prompt service
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and restaurant staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Verify orders before pickup and delivery, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Handle food orders with care, ensuring they arrive fresh and in good condition
• Manage multiple orders, delivery locations, and customers simultaneously
• Meet the company's delivery time guarantee
• Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and standards
• Address any issues or problems that arise during deliveries, such as incorrect addresses or customer complaints
• Always use designated Mr. Greek insulated delivery bags for orders
• Where required, assist guests in unpacking and setting up orders
• Collect payment on behalf of the restaurant, as required

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES

• G Class Ontario Drivers Licence & valid insurance
• Clean driving record (abstract)
• Contract Driver agrees to provide services to the restaurant using his/her own vehicle
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., carry up to 30 pounds and stand for 6-8 hours in a day
• Excellent work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Team oriented
• Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
