Overview

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Concierge to join our team at a leading financial institution in downtown Toronto. As the first point of contact for guests and clients, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Your ability to anticipate needs, provide personalized assistance, and coordinate a range of guest services will help create a seamless and memorable experience within the bank’s dynamic, high-end environment.

This position reports to the Lead Concierge or Client Relations Manager .

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

  • Deliver superior customer service to all guests, maintaining a professional, polished, and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Greet and assist clients upon arrival, managing inquiries and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.

Reservation & Meeting Room Management

  • Coordinate meeting room and event reservations, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely communication.
  • Manage booking systems efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records of room availability, special requests, and client needs.
  • Support catering or beverage service coordination for meetings and events as required.

Personalized Client Experience / VIP Service

  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences, offering thoughtful and personalized recommendations.
  • Recognize and anticipate the needs of VIP clients, delivering elevated, white-glove service experiences.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with guests and clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner closely with internal departments, including JLL, Security, and Vendor Partners , to ensure guest needs are seamlessly met.
  • Communicate client preferences, requests, and service updates clearly across relevant teams.
  • Assist in coordinating special events, executive visits, and high-profile meetings as needed.

Safety & Security

  • Maintain a vigilant presence in the reception and client areas to ensure guest safety and uphold security protocols.
  • Respond quickly to safety concerns or emergencies, following established company procedures.
  • Collaborate with security and management teams to address and resolve security-related matters effectively.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer service role , ideally in a corporate or luxury environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with room booking or reservation systems.
  • Knowledge of Toronto’s local attractions, restaurants, and services is a strong asset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a professional setting.
