Custodian I (Part Time)- White Mountain Middle School Eagle Point School District 9 is seeking a part-time (3.75 hrs) Custodian I to join our facilities team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, attractive, and
safe learning environment for students and staff.

About the Role This is a part-time, year-round position maintaining facilities.
Key responsibilities include nightly cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas; floor maintenance through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing;
trash disposal; and ensuring the security of the building at the end of shifts. Additional tasks include assisting with furniture setup for events, performing minor repairs,
and complying with safety regulations regarding cleaning supplies and waste disposal.
Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate has experience in custodial services, understands proper cleaning and sanitation procedures, and is proficient in operating cleaning equipment.
Strong organizational skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work in a physically demanding role are essential.
A valid Oregon Driver's License and personal transportation are required, along with the ability to pass a background check.

Supervisor: Principal/Building Services Supervisor
Contract Days: 238 days, 3.75 hours per day
Salary Range: $16.96 per hour
Beginning July 1, 2025 rate increases to $17.30 per hour
Closing Date: Screening to begin immediately, open until filled
