The Opportunity
The Client Experience Administrator will play a key role in coordinating and implementing the agency’s client contact program. This includes conducting outbound calls to schedule appointments, collecting renewal information and ensuring client details are accurately maintained in the CRM system. The position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to client satisfaction, retention and overall agency growth, ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized and working in a supportive team environment.
