About Automotive Catalysts

What you will be doing

Main

• Customer Service for Japanese OEMs

• Obtaining Sales forecast from OEMs or Canner and deploying to related departments (including inputting it to the SAP)

• Check inventory at external warehouses and plan orders to overseas plants and warehouse inventory.

• Product shipping and sales data management including FG/Substrate/PGM price in SAP and internal Excel sheet

• Internal(Umicore Global team) and external coordination for FG and prototype sample delivery

• Register sales prices and sales quantities of FG and prototype samples in internal and external systems

• Manage AR and AP

• Contact window for customer supplied materials (PGM, Substrate)

• Outside warehouse management including inventory amount

Others

• Corresponding phone calls, distributing mail, providing support for visitors (guiding them to meeting rooms), etc.

Who we are looking for

Functional requirements (Education, years of experience in different areas, technical skills, …)

・3+ years of experience in a corporate office is preferred (experience in the automotive industry, chemistry, and SAP is even better)

・Operational skills for Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word、Teams) 

・Working experience and/or Knowledge of logistics and planning

・English:　Ordinary conversation

Personal skills (Behavioural competencies)

・Able to understand the system systematically and think strategically

・Ability to value teamwork and communicate with team members and internal and external stakeholders to carry out work

・Be willing to put in the hard work to create various documents and other materials

・Willingness to participate in improvement activities
