Job Description

Program Manager – Secure Networking & Cybersecurity

Overview:

This role is responsible for managing, coordinating, and driving the success of programs that support secure networking, cybersecurity, and unified communications initiatives. The Program Manager will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Network Engineering, Operations, Testing, and Marketing teams to deliver new products, enhance existing ones, and ensure alignment with annual roadmaps and product launch goals.

The position will also play a key role in defining and documenting business processes from quote through fulfillment, supporting compliance initiatives, and ensuring operational readiness for new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end program delivery for secure networking, cybersecurity, and unified communications product initiatives.
  • Define, document, and maintain business process workflows, job aids, and policies across ordering, provisioning, billing, and renewals.
  • Support initiatives related to new product installs, MACD (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect), and renewals.
  • Map process flows into workflow tools to enable day-to-day task management and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain a document repository and change control process for business process workflows.
  • Support workload increases from new projects and ensure documentation readiness for future compliance audits.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams.
  • Develop and maintain program and delivery plans, track milestones, and escalate issues impacting scope, quality, or timelines.
  • Identify resource needs and coordinate with leadership to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule.
  • Track and report on program progress, milestones, and key deliverables to product and engineering management.
  • Integrate business and functional priorities to ensure alignment between engineering and product management teams.
  • Perform as an individual contributor within a larger Portfolio & Program Management organization, balancing both leadership and hands-on execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 10+ years of experience in technology, telecommunications, or digital product environments, including 8+ years of managing programs or projects.
  • Proven experience working directly with Product Management and Engineering teams on end-to-end product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to document, implement, and manage business process workflows and change control processes.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira).
  • Experience with programs involving multiple technologies and functions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills — capable of leading meetings and driving cross-team alignment.
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle; cybersecurity and networking knowledge preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
