Job Description

Experience:

• 7-9 years in data management, governance, or enterprise data architecture.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, data lineage, and master data integration.

Tools:

• Hands-on experience with platforms like Atlan, Collibra, Informatica, Talend, or similar.

Cloud Expertise:

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures (data mesh, data fabric).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication abilities, and proven leadership managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in data governance or management certifications (e.g., CDMP, DGSP).

Industry Experience:

• Background in regulated sectors like finance, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.

Language Skills:

• English fluency required; proficiency in Japanese or other languages is a plus.
