Job Title: Dealer Order Specialist

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Job Type: Permanent

Language: English, French is an asset.

Compensation: Starting at $44,000/annually + full benefits.

Hours: Monday to Friday (non-negotiable): 8amEST-10pm EST.

Weekends: 9amEST-6pmEST.

About the Opportunity

As a Dealer Order Specialist, you will be the key liaison between retail stores and internal departments, ensuring timely resolution of supply chain and order issues that directly support optimal stock positions and enhance the customer experience. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining strong inventory levels, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• You will investigate the status of store orders and create emergency orders as needed using the Corporate Order Management system.
• In this role, you will provide accurate product availability and in-stock dates by leveraging real-time data.
• You will collaborate with the Distribution Centre to load emergency orders onto planned deliveries where feasible.
• You will present recommendations to expedite product flow through the supply chain, balancing service and cost.
• You will work effectively with various internal stakeholders to ensure prompt solutions and support an exceptional customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Required: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• You will have strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills within role boundaries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Access.
