Now Hiring: Dental Practice Manager – Stoney Creek, Ontario

Full-Time | $70K–$75K + Bonus | Start ASAP

We’re a modern, well-established dental practice in Stoney Creek looking for a confident and experienced Practice Manager to lead our growing team. If you're passionate about leadership, systems, and delivering a great patient experience — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations and team performance.
• Manage scheduling, HR, KPIs, and budgeting.
• Coach and support admin and clinical team members.
• Collaborate with ownership on systems and strategy.

What You Bring:

• 3–4 years of dental or healthcare management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Dentrix experience required.
• Arabic language skills an asset.
• Organized, motivated, and team-first mindset.
