【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Ability to discuss, articulating design decisions and presenting ideas, solutions, and demos of the application
Working directly with developers to implement design solutions
Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices, UX/UI trends, and web production techniques
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project manager and front-end developer
Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into digital products as part of the creative studio
Solid understanding of core design principles using photography, typography, color, layout and content navigation
Able to understand and execute responsive design
Design and execute graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, responsive webpages, articles, dedicated campaigns, and email communications including conducting image searches to illustrate them.
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Quickly translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for user testing
Craft designs within existing style guidelines (Fonts, colors, graphics, and photography)
Detail oriented, problem solving and customer-centered, to continually improve the quality of our products through multiple iterations exploring a range of design options
Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
Working knowledge of CSS and HTML
【REQUIREMENTS】
Skills:
Excellent understanding of visual design principles
Experience working in a collaborative team environment
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process (+)
Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies
Proactive attitude and strong time management skills delivering to meet deadlines
Iterate new designs based on user feedback
Knowledge of Adobe CC
Excellent skills on prototyping tools. Sketch, Figma, In Vision
Conscientious, curious, hard-working individual who craves accountability and loves to solve complex problems
Critical thinking: You have demonstrated experience with UI design and strategic thinking
Experience with user journeys, wireframing, prototyping/animation techniques, and working closely with developers and fellow creative studio members
Your portfolio shows your range of skills in the creative field, design process, visual design, UI/UX
JP Native / EN proficiency
Experience:
3-4+ years of experience designing digital products
Agency, entertainment, technology background preferred
