【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Support Deployment and Installation of digital systems
Digital systems Project Updates and Reporting
Digital system Project Documentation Preparation and Control
Technical support regarding reported incidents and problems
Train Operations supervisors and subcontractors on incident maintenance
Support for system reliability and improvement
On-site maintenance
Support preparation of Operations teams
Support Troubleshooting of digital systems
Supervision of system performance, quality of service and respect of SLAs
Work with Sales and Marketing teams
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
1-2 years experience in IT Operation management including digital systems technology
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
Capable to manage critical systems and tight deadlines
Autonomous, motivated, proactive & independent; anticipates problems and works effectively within teams
Field operation experience with installations and maintenance of electronic and IT systems
Full Japanese proficiency, and written & verbal communication skills in English is a must
Desirable:
Master / Bachelor in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related
Digital Signage Technologies
Proficiency in Linux operating systems
Rigorous and meticulous
