We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Director to lead and mentor a growing team of Performance Specialists. As a Performance Media Director, you will own the media strategies and campaigns across paid Search and Social for a portfolio of clients, ensuring effective planning, buying, and measurement across various digital platforms. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making, campaign optimization, and media performance analysis will strengthen our agency’s capabilities and drive our clients' success.
With a strong and demonstrable understanding of the paid social and search media landscapes, you can develop effective performance media strategies, and have experience managing a team of Campaign Managers and Performance Specialists.
Working in tandem with the Planning, Strategy and Measurement teams at Havas, you can identify client objectives and translate them into high performing media campaigns. The Performance Director must excel in client acumen, possess exceptional communication skills and bring a leadership mentality that provides junior team members with mentorship and guidance.

Proven experience in performance media planning and buying, preferably in an agency setting.
Deep understanding of advertising platforms across paid Search and Social ( Google Ads, Meta , Bing, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest).
Direct experience managing eCommerce focused clients.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization and decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of performance media specialists.
Strategic mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new media opportunities.
Results-driven and goal-oriented mentality, with a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes and ROI for clients.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
The salary range for this role is: $110,000 - $115,000 CAD, DOE
