【Roles & Responsibilities】
合計１８アカウントにおける売上管理、販促管理、在庫管理などの運用業務
商品登録や価格変更、プロモーション設定など日々発生するオペレーション業務
商品分析とサイト分析（ベンチマークブランドの分析含む）
マーケットプレイス各取引先や外部ベンダーなど社外ステークホルダーとの折衝及び調整
他部署との折衝及び調整（MD/DB/MKTなど）
基幹システムを使用した売上登録・棚卸対応、返品処理
シーズンバナーやプロモーション用バナーの作成（外部ベンダーとの調整）
各マーケットプレイス取引先からの問い合わせ対応（CS含む）
新規アカウントローンチなどプロジェクトが立ち上がった際のサポート業務
一部アカウントの広告サポート業務
【Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge】
EC業界での実務経験が3年以上あること
マーケットプレイスの管理画面を使用した運用経験があること(ZOZO/RAKUTEN/AMAZONなど)
業務に必要なツールやソフトウェアの知識とスキルがあること
(Excel(vlookup/pivot)/Word/Access/PPT/photo shopなど)
コミュニケーション、リーダーシップ、問題解決、分析、チームワーク、およびプレゼンテーションのスキルを持っていること

英語で簡単な日常会話やメールのやり取りができる
問題解決能力が高く、柔軟な思考力を持っている
