Role Description

Are you passionate about working with kids and sparking their curiosity? Join us as a Workshop Facilitator!

Your role will involve crafting and organizing interactive activities as extracurricular experiences during lunchtime or after school, making learning an absolute blast. As a Workshop Facilitator, you'll lead weekly activities in teams for groups of up to 20 enthusiastic kids. To make sure that kids (and facilitators) enjoy the workshop, we like to set a trial workshop before the session kicks off.

Qualifications

Are you the right fit for this exciting role? We're looking for individuals with:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in organizing engaging activities for kids.
• A flair for creativity and the ability to craft captivating learning experiences.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.
• Experience in collaborating with adults in a workplace environment is a definite asset.

While not mandatory, qualifications in education, psychology, or social work would be a bonus, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively and create meaningful connections with young minds.
