• Enjoy working with children aged 3 to 12
• Are cheerful, positive, and creative
• Enjoy teaching English through both “play” and “learning”
• Are interested in the “Focus on Form (FonF)” approach, teaching English through activities such as art, crafts, and physical exercise

English Instructor Recruitment (Children’s Program / WELL PEAK)

WELL PEAK is seeking bright, energetic, and professional English instructors who enjoy working with children. Our school provides after-school English learning in a modern, technology-enhanced environment, allowing children to naturally acquire English skills while having fun.

Job Description

• Curriculum
  Deliver a unique program that helps children learn English through art & craft, phonics, physical activities, and creative projects.
• Team Structure
  Collaborate closely with both native and bilingual instructors in a team-based environment.
• Working Hours
  5 days per week (Monday–Saturday) / Standard hours 11:00–20:00 (schedule may vary)

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ¥262,000–¥300,000 (negotiable)
• Annual salary increase
• Contract renewal bonus (increasing annually)
• Paid vacation: 10 days per year after 6 months of employment
• National holidays off
• Fully paid initial training
• Transportation expenses fully covered (actual cost)
• Social and health insurance included
• Visa support and renewal assistance available

Qualification Allowance (¥5,000/month)
Provided to candidates who hold or are obtaining any of the following:

• TESOL for Children or other child-focused TESOL certifications
• University degree in Applied Linguistics or related field
• JLPT N1 certification

This allowance recognizes expertise and dedication in language education.
