Entry Level Assistant Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns to convey the benefits of our client’s products and services.
  • Interacting with businesses in a friendly and professional manner to foster strong relationships and drive brand loyalty.
  • Setting a positive example for team members by exhibiting professionalism, organization, and punctuality.
  • Providing constructive criticism and guidance to fellow team members to ensure operations are streamlined and company goals are achieved.
  • Tracking KPIs and sales data to ensure customer acquisition targets are met, and providing feedback to senior management and clients.

Entry Level Assistant Manager Desired Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a leadership, management, sales, sports or team-centric role is highly desired.
  • Ability to deescalate issues as they arise and overcome obstacles quickly 
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with clients, customers and teammates.
  • Desire to excel personally and professionally and develop new skills.
