Position: Executive Assistant – Corporate Investment Firm
Location: Downtown Toronto, Hybrid
Salary: Starting at $35/hr with strong potential to extend or convert to a permanent role
Job Type: 6-month contract
A well-established financial services in downtown Toronto is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership on an initial 6-month contract . This role offers a strong likelihood of extension and the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar, travel, and meeting coordination
- Manage correspondence and priorities to support efficient daily operations
- Prepare, format, and proofread professional documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive business information
- Assist with special projects and process improvements as required
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally in corporate or financial services
- Strong business acumen and professionalism when supporting senior executives
- Post-secondary degree highly preferred
