About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide the leadership, direction, and management necessary to support the organization's growth and operational success. This critical leadership position involves close collaboration with the Board of Trustees and the Artistic Director to establish and implement a long-term vision and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, including budget development and management, and will play a key role in fundraising activities. The Executive Director will also oversee administrative, marketing, and financial functions, and ensure a positive working environment and culture. External relations and community engagement are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
