They are focused on maintaining excellent workplace conditions and ensuring efficient operations across their facilities in Japan.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of all facilities and equipment across Japan, ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. You will lead and mentor a team of facilities technicians and external vendors, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. You will develop and implement strategic plans for facility improvements and new projects. 求められる経験
■Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant work, or at least 3 years of experience in leading relevant work
• Language skills: English - business negotiation level, Japanese - native level
• High sense of urgency, ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and build trust, project management skills
